Breed History and Standards

$30.00
Breed History and Standards is our deep-dive workshop for anyone who wants to truly understand the Boxer, not just live with one. We start with where the breed came from and what it was originally bred to do, then connect that history to the look, structure, and temperament described in today's AKC and American Boxer Club standards.

Using photos, diagrams, and real dogs, we break down pieces like head type, topline, movement, and temperament in plain language. You will see why certain traits matter for long-term health and soundness, and why others are cosmetic fads to avoid.

This session is ideal for newer breeders, aspiring exhibitors, and serious pet owners who want to recognize quality. You will leave better prepared to evaluate puppies, understand judge's critiques, and make choices that help preserve the Boxer as a strong, functional breed.
