Community Dog Awareness
Our Community Dog Awareness sessions are relaxed, interactive hours where neighbors, families, and dog lovers can ask real questions and get honest, breed-aware answers. We cover what responsible dog ownership actually looks like day to day-exercise needs, basic manners, vet care, and why good fencing and leashes matter.
We also talk about how to safely meet unfamiliar dogs, how to read body language before a problem starts, and the difference between reputable preservation breeders, backyard breeders, and online sellers. Because we are a Boxer club, we bring along steady, well-trained dogs as examples of polite behavior in public.
These programs work well for schools, community groups, and events that want a friendly presence and straightforward education rather than scare tactics. Folks leave with clear safety tips for kids and adults, a better understanding of breed differences, and a list of trusted resources if they are thinking about adding a dog to their home.
